Handcrafted & Natural Materials Disclaimer

 

All items sold by Him In Me Woodworks are handcrafted using natural wood. Variations in wood grain, color, texture, knots, and finish are natural characteristics of wood and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders

 

Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you. For this reason:

 

  • Custom orders are final sale

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

  • Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrect

 

Please review all custom order details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Non-Custom (Ready-to-Ship) Items

 

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

 

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return approval is required before sending an item back

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

 

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

 

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on availability and circumstances.

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Natural variations in wood or finish

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear

  • Orders delayed by shipping carriers

  • Items returned without prior approval
